Parking

Parking in your garage is encouraged. Do not park on the street. Vehicles parked in communal spaces must be moved after 72 hours. Parking trailers, boats, or RVS in driveways or communal spaces is prohibited.

Landscaping

Changes to your backyard landscaping must be approved by the architectural committee. Our groundskeepers are from Valley View Landscaping. Contact the HOA Onsite Manager, Tom Taylor, for questions regarding landscaping & sprinkler maintenance.

Windows

Our windows were made by Milgard. Only the original owner of your townhouse may access warranty benefits.
